The club provides a friendly, professional atmosphere for all fitness levels with our main aim of ensuring all your workouts are FUN ! Starting a program at Millennium includes a full comprehensive fitness assessment completed by one of our qualified instructors. The instructor will develop a personalised program for you and will then explain the correct technique for your exercises and how to utilise all equipment.
